Equipable items that would have stacking abilities

Additional notes:
The idea of having items you could equip that would have stacking abilities (limit of 5 total equiped items)
Like 2% damage decrease
Or 1% money from printers
Or the ability to see the HP of players around you
or 5% increase mobility
Items like these could cost a fair bit to craft, like upgrades but could be switched out depending on the situation at hand.
There could be more items added but the idea stands that you would have 5 inventory slots you could equip items into.

so your saying like charachter upgrades but slot'd i like it make scopeboost + all others take slots to so you cant go overboard and have all at once
