Server Name: ZARP Deathrun 1 and Deathrun 2

Suggestion Title: The Canadian Pirate playermodel suggestion

How would it benefit the server: it would add a brand new fun playermodel, a cool looking one, i believe there's only 1 pirate themed one so far, so here comes another, and finally, It's a great playermodel and it doesnt use any weapons weirdly.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

I'd say it could cost about 5k points or whatever.
