Item/s lost: 1 gencorp printers / 1 nuclear printer/ 2gold printer/ 2 ruby printer/ 1 spphire printer/ 2 money printer/

Story:the server crashed yesterday when i was basing and i log on today i still have my refund, after that me and my friend went basing again but this time i didnt do /restore all, i just buy some printer form the shop and do some small printing. While we were basing, the server crashed again and when i rejoin i didnt get my refund.

If your story is true i believe you should be refunded as it seems like a server issue. You probaly should have put the printers down before a server crash so its a confirmed refund.... Sorry but when a server crashes u cant make a refund request and wait for owners to add ur printers back to your inventory. You will have to manually go on a server and do /refund all, this way its more fair because you already made money from the printers so adding them to your inventory will give u the chance to print with them again or sell them. But the problem is i rejoin the server and i didnt do /restore all
then the server crash again and i didnt get any notification saying that i can do /restore
