TOPIC: [Forum Suggestion] Personal messages and live chat

Server Name: ZARP forums (not a server i know xD)

Suggestion Title: Allow the players to send personal messages through ZARP forums, and have a live chat avalible

How would it benefit the server: It would allow player to communicate easier, for example, i wanted to add a player and i can't find him on steam but i know his name in the forums, however i can't contact him personally to ask him his steamID. Also players that were in a server without admins could contact online staff through live chat in ZARP forums

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that i can think off

Additional notes: Would make communication easier and would get people to use the ZARP forums more often
