Server Name: SSRP

Suggestion Title: Owner of the car cannot respawn their vehicle after 3 mins has passed when the thief has stolen his/her car

How would it benefit the server: It's not stated in the rules, and I'm not eintrely sure about this rule, however it would be helpful if the owner doesn't instantly go to the car dealer to respawn his car once it has been stolen, preventing the thief to scrap it.
