Suggestion Title: New Raiding Rules

How would it benefit the server:

I am suggesting to add a rule underneath Raiding which would state when a raid is officially over. Such as; If a player dies and is not defibbed, they cannot return to the raid.

This would prevent people from endlessly raiding until they finally slip in or one side gives up.

If you are to read the raiding rules there is not a single one which defines when a raid has ended and it is pretty necessary.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

Additional notes: Have this done a$ap rocky; been wanting to suggest this for ages now.
