i dont understand, the ss shows u bidding on a scu

i bidded on scu and got out bidded then i try to collect the cash but it dont work

You should record it so the proof looks more legit.

Show that it sayes u cant claim it penny.

I honestly don't know whats the meaning of the screenshots but if you really lost that much money then I hope you get refunded!
