I don't think your meant to be able to get it first bid back not too sure tho.

I'm pretty certain that it is meant to be that way, when you're bidding more than once your first bid is taken into account,
e.g When you bid $20mil, only $16.8mil was deducted from you as the previous $3.2mil counted towards it.

Hopefully I'm right :)
