Suggestion Title: purchase able VIP gang upgrade

How would it benefit the server: another way to grab that irl cash from players this upgrade would unlock cosmetic options that help players stand out from other gangs for example maybe something that changes the tuxedo to a different player model also could double gang loot acquired just nothing op

Potential Issues/Exploits: pay 2 win

Additional notes: short idea but the concept is what I mean for

To be honest, I hate this idea... It only makes VIP's even more stronger and non-vip's will have another disadvantage, but as you stated If it will be a small change not something game changing like a new suit or something, or a customizable suit so you can see what gang that member is in.
