TOPIC: [SSRP] Implemented gang ranks seen in game

Suggestion Title: In game seen gang ranks on player id card

How would it benefit the server: gang members would be able to better rp heiarchy and when bragging players can see what rank of a gang they killed, also would allow gang trainees to better be spotted theres alot more that this could do but I am not omnipotent

Potential Issues/Exploits: seems hard to implement

Additional notes:Maybe allow only certain ranks access to perks customizable in a gang owner's menu and certain ranks are automatically officer and maybe more here I made a pic

I know these are low quality suggestion posts but I think the ideas are still quality

EMP may or may not have indicated that he is willing to add additional ranks and I urged him to make a permission system
