Story: I wanted to open Steam Case and when I pressed open the menu dissappeared like it did when restocking, but I didn't get the case back.

that screenshot only show's the case, it doesnt show you opening it or losing it in any way so this is not enough proof
most likely this will be getting denied unless you can provide more proof

Well I can't because I didn't expect this will happen I can also send screenshot when I don't have it if that helps but I think not

When you open a Steam Case a screenshot of the key is also taken for your records, so check there first. If you can send us a link to the Steam profile/SteamID you use to play on the server we will be able to check on this for you. If you still can't find it please contact a super admin in game and they will be able to help you check this. Thanks!
