Suggestion Title: EMP Grenades To Weapon Cases

How would it benefit the server: We can't find EMP Grenades anymore and we need that i think. There is a Portable EMP now and i think EMP Grenades are not rare so much anymore. So maybe it will be good to see EMP Grenades in Weapon Cases.
