Suggestion Title:
Nuke district notification!

How would it benefit the server:
As Morgan previously suggested that nuke does not blow up entities got denied i think we should have a little notification where it says what district the nuke is in and maybe can lower the nuke timer because we are making it easier to find the nuke.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Nope

Additional notes:
This will decrease the amount of people complaining that their rare printers got destroyed by the nuke and people will actually bother to try and find it!
