Suggestion Title:
Increase Miner Max Limit

How would it benefit the server:
All the non-VIP players could finnaly have a way to obtain money during this event other than printing.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
None

Additional notes:
I've seen over 15 players who were not VIP beg to become miner and they cant as each server has almost 8 miners online 24/7, I suggest having the limit increased to 10/12 will be perfect!
