Our goal is to enforce the rules and help players, not to punish harshly where it's unecessary. At the end of the day if someone's goal is to break rules this won't make a majority difference.
if that what you think i think you are wrong, basically that is giving them more time to break rules, at the moment a moderator warns a person for rdm for example, 5 minutes later he rdm's someone again and he will get another warning after he got told not to rdm and got rdm explain to him, meaning he does not intent to change and most likely will continue to rulebreak, at that point i think a ban is in order instead of another warning, that other warning will give him more time to ruin the fun for other people
also, am i saying they need to be banned instantly? no.
am i saying that the punishment will be harsh on his first ban? no.
all im saying is give the rulebreakers who break them constantly a harsh punishment, if they break rules but not as ofter, say 2 hour intervals or so give them another warning, but if they keep breaking them right after they received a warning you can tell they dont give a crap, and THAT is when a harsh punishment is in order
