Suggestion Title: Remove Explosives NPC

How would it benefit the server: Less F1s about mass RDMing and disabling one method of Mass RDMing

Potential Issues/Exploits: People will not get useless grenades anymore.

Additional notes: This NPC seems to be pointless for me, there are a lot of random people (citizens) who just buy these nades and throw it in the bunch of people.

i agree, they are cheap and used just to mess with people and bought by baldies which they often trow at spawn when they see a folk mass

I do see many people per day throwing grenades and either running, hiding, or watching as one of us dies, it only is good for rdming which is a problem that needs to be fixed on the server. The grenades are mainly useless so this will make a big feature in stopping mass rdm which needs to be prevented. So overall I gave a plus support because if this is accepted, which I hope it is, it will prevent a lot of f1's and let people roleplay more knowing one of the main sources of rdm has been removed.

It was supposed to be removed a while back no one ever really cared that it was back, it causes more trouble than needed and doesn't bring anything to the game.

I'd rather stop all RDM's involving Hand Grenades then let the few people that actually use them, use them.

Anyone could just step up to the NPC, buy nades and boom let the RDM begin, which I have seen many times in spawn with mass RDMing.

Yes please i hate it when a random person gets a nade and rdms everyone in spawn (well not everyone )

Thinking about this deeper, can we remove slams as well? all they do is cause rdm lol.

Also, we should probably remove guns as well guys, they also cause a high amount of rdm :/
