Suggestion Title: Mining Speed

How would it benefit the server: It Will Help Players Mine Faster So Earning Money Would Be Faster And Easier. Players Would No Longer Need To Wait The Long Time Of Mining For A Goal.
Examples Such As- 100k+ Gems

Potential Issues/Exploits: This Could Lower The Prices In Gems Because Of How Fast You Can Earn Them

Additional notes: When The Summer Update Comes People Are Going To Be In High Demand For Gems So This Will Just Make It Easier. Also This Would Be A Gang Upgrade So It Will Make It So You Have To Work For It
