Suggestion Title: misc scoreboards

How would it benefit the server: give players a goal to work for more competition

Potential Issues/Exploits: more powergaming/ abusing for stats

Additional notes:
ex: most money
most kills with x
most arrests
longest time survived as mayor
highest topaz printer print
most number of successfull bank raids
coolest guy (me first place every time ofc)
