TOPIC: [SSRP] Server Suggestion

Server Name: SSRP 1 & 2

Suggestion Title: Rules menu, adding a timer to the rules menu and making it pop up for new players.

How would it benefit the server: People would be able to read the rules and not so many people would break them

Potential Issues/Exploits: Maybe bugs, Some people may not like having a screen they can't exit for x amount of time

Additional notes:

FOR FIRST TIME PLAYERS:

Adding the RULES menu to pop up for 30-90 seconds giving the person the chance to actually read the rules and go over them, it seems alot of people arent sure how to access the rules menu or disregard it completely.

REGULAR PLAYERS:

Either not having the rule menu pop up or making it pop up without a timer, so maybe it can enforce some people to reread the rules.


Ive had quite a few people have no clue how to read the rules and ive had to tell them either type !motd /motd or talk to NPC at spawn.
I've noticed a lot of people will just say "i have read the rules" without even reading them just so they can start playing not realizing how important it is.

Also this may be difficult, but having a couple translations for the rules would be helpful, maybe for the more important rules.
