Server Name: SSRP 1 & 2

Suggestion Title: Mutant Upgrade

How would it benefit the server: Mutants are really weak as it is, taking out 4 mutants with just a sub machine gun is incredibly easy and usually there isnt more than 5-7

Potential Issues/Exploits: Abuse,RDM, Mutants not reading rules.

Additional notes:
Speed upgrade, maybe 10-25% faster because I can never catch up to anyone running away and shooting.
Adding armor or hp, if armor is added then hp is not, maybe upgrade them to 125-150 HP
The knife is the fine just the way it is.

Defeniently needed.
