Suggestion Title: Add 1 bump every 24 hours

How would it benefit the server: Now, We all know many people in this community who posts 3 replies to 1 reply just to get there post count up, I think Forum should add a rule stating you can only bump your thread 1 time every 24 hours to cut down Post Spamming

Potential Issues/Exploits: More work for Forum staff, People being banned.

Not needed at all...people like to bump their apps every 12 hours or less sometimes because they fall back a few pages or they want more feedback it shouldn't be a problem for them to do so.
