Suggestion Title: Advertising the website

How would it benefit the server: It would bring more people to join the forums and become active players that will come back tomorrow. It would basically make a better playerbase.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes:

Basically alot of people who joins the server are often poorly informed about Zarp's website. Basically by introducing eg: The Iphone that was connected to the website and sit everywhere in the map. People would then more easy get to know the forums and the community alot better.

There are other ways for example: Join Zarpgaming.com in order to gain $50k and such.

Or even making it mandatory to join the forums in order to be able to play 100%. Otherwise you would only be able to run around as a citizen until you register. This one might seem harsh but it would also enforce people to atleast look at the website.

I know they do this in other game modes but in a more subtle way which works , they put chat notifications which is suttle but if you want to get more involved with the community it advertises it well

It will help out the server by guiding new players and helping them out
