Server Name: SSRP mainly

Suggestion Title: Uppdate logs

How would it benefit the server: Adds upp professionalism to SSRP meeting outcome. It will also be really nice for people that are intressted into hearing what happens to the server.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None really

Additional notes:

Basically after every meeting if any guns has been changed recently it can be said there what's been changed. Example:

M9K_PSG1 damage has been toned down by 50%
M9K_L85 damage has been given a buff by 25%
M9K_SVU will now shot 2x as fast than before
