Suggestion Title: Removing Changing the Disrespect rule How would it benefit the server: Less People Trying to find reasons to get people warned Potential Issues/Exploits: People getting offended Additional notes: The Reason Im making this suggestion is atm The Disrespect rule Can be exploited by minges to find reasons to get a user warned. For example I was online today and someone was acting very selfish, I said "Who the Fuck are you?" Then after like 10 mins I kill a player with a valid RP reason But he reports me, When the admin Explains that he cannot do anything he Uses the Sentence I used like 10 mins ago, He claims to be offended by it and that I should be warned for it, Luckly the admin Didnt warn me, I think Atleast words like "Fuck" Should be allowed as they are very minor and whoever gets offended by such minor words should not even be on the internet in the first place. And we already have a rule for Offensive words like "Faggot" Or the N word (Discrimination) |

Wait so what needs changing again.. you are allowed to say "Fuck" on Zarp anyways so I don't see what point you're trying to get across.

You can't just remove the disrespect rule.
The disrespect rule should be handled with common sense. "Who the fuck are you?" in my books isn't disrespectful. -Though repeated many times isn't a show of respect if not intended by the user. -People may use "banter" as an excuse for against disrespect which may be disrespect. Using derogatory terms which fall under racism, sexism etc.. and forms of bullying is. The definition of disrespect is showing lack of respect and courtesy, whereby courtesy is being polite to others. In terms of fuck, it may be shown as not polite. It all comes down to context. Conduct yourself appropriately and show politeness to others without the attention of causing harm. |

Not to sound rude but why would they remove/change the rule of disrespecting, if they removed it everyone will be offended from people who disrespect and trollers, and i do not see the point of changing the rule whatsoever, the discrimination and disrespect is enough already.

I see people and myself getting warned for saying things like "Fuck You" To a friend
Atleast Disrespect Should be allowed if you are Talking To a friend privatetly, And not to get TPed and find out that you were being spectated and warned, even tho the person you insulted Does not care at all |

truly, this is one of the most ridiculous suggestions I've ever seen.

As of right now the Disrespect rule is on a case by case bases and that doesn't include someone telling another user to "Shut the fuck up" You can see by you not getting warned that most of the staff can differ between someone just being a dick and someone actually being disrespectful. I will be sure to have another talk at the beginning of the upcoming SSRP meeting about what the disrespect rule should be used for.
