Server Name: SSRP Server 1 and 2

Suggestion Title: Tweaking the demotion rule.

How would it benefit the server: Allow people to use the demotion tool against people who are breaking the rules to an extent where it would be needed.

Potential Issues/Exploits: People could try to loophole with it, which is punishable anyway. People could also lie if taken to a sit for using the demotion tool incorrectly.

Additional notes: My idea would be to change the current rule:

2.8 Demote System - You can not demote people who have broken a Server rule. ( Make a F1 )

into:

2.8 Demote System - Unless the user is severely breaking rules (Mass RDM or RDA), Do not demote people who have broken a simple server rule. ( Make an F1 )

or something similar to that. I got the idea off of this thread and seeing the user punished for something they really shouldn't have been punished for they defiantly shouldn't have been punished for is stupid to me and I expect many other users.

I can see why this would be usefull but i think most would just abuse the rule to justify a false demote.
