Suggestion Title: Grenade Throw Logs

How would it benefit the server: Allows staff to be able to tell who threw grenades. For example someone throws an grenade into an RP House, the grenade doesn't kill anyone but destroys the house, breaking rule 4.24(No raiding buildings with RP HOUSE sign up).

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes: I've been told there wasn't a log for such thing and thought it was an odd thing not to have.

I dont know if it costs much t do that or anything if it mixes up server so

I personally don't see a reason for grenades because almost no one uses it for legitimate purposes instead uses it to RDM. I'm not saying everyone is but a large number are using them to RDM

Grenades are ennyoing, just remove them.

Dunno why they got added back, it could've been a mistake or something but every time I see a grenade it's being used to mass RDM
