Suggestion Title: [SUGGESTION] CS:S server with the ability to bhop

How would it benefit the server: New server on CS:S, we'll be able to bhop.

Potential Issues/Exploits:None

Additional notes: This isn't a Bhop server, this is a server with the ability to bhop. Like as if we were playing a defuse game on Dust 2 and we could bhop at any speed whatsoever. There are multiple old css videos by counter-strike players where they were bhopping in esea, an old pugging service that has moved over to CS:GO. Any ways, we should get it because you literally can't get a server on CS:S with bhopping enabled unless they're in NA and it should be easy to set up. Have some phoon to see how fun this can be :^)))))))

I don't think a lot of people have CS:S, the game has already become unsupported and we just have a new CS:GO server, so I don't think this will happen. Some ofcourse have CS:S for the textures, but I don't have the actual game, I've just downloaded the textures.

I think there are other things that would be worth the time and money over a CS:S server, it would have a close to nothing playerbase.

Idk if you can get the plugin but here is one for css/csgo for free.
