Suggestion Title: Manhack spawner

How would it benefit the server: More creative T weapons on the server and it can bring lot of fun to the game. You can shoot them down and they won't target Traitors. You can disarm it when you hit it with a crowbar. It spawns 5 manhacks in 30 seconds, it is clearly visible when you put it down and visible in your hand too.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Nothing that I can think about.
