Suggestion Title:

Bring back the warn system.

How would it benefit the server:

It would allow the staff to warn people again, instead of only allowing bans and kicks.

Warning someone might allow them to stop misbehaving, whilst still not being too small of a punishment for him not to care, or too big a punishment for him to report the staff for abuse.

You cannot give someone a talking to in TTT, come on.

It can also make considering someone for staff much easier, judging from their warn count.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Literally none, it was used before perfectly and was a huge benefit.

When picking staff it is important we pick people who know and follow the rules warnings show a clear indication of this in meeting it is simple if someone has done something wrong give them a warning then autoslay them done.
