Suggestion Title: New vehicles

How would it benefit the server: New vehicles would make the server more interesting and less boring. It's not fun seeing everyone in a Lamborghini or Ford Raptor is it? The Quadbike should be added with another blueprint, not as Morgan suggested with event points, and also not just the Quadbike! Add more cars so we would see something different on ZARP!
