Suggestion Title:
Buff The Gluon Gun

How would it benefit the server:
Would make the gluon gun good again and people would use it again.Now people get scu and they craft character upgrades and makes characters upgrades more common.At the moment no one would waste a scu to craft a gluon gun because pretty much is useless

Potential Issues/Exploits:
None

Additional notes:
This is been talked a lot by the ssrp community members and a lot of people want it so buff the prop damage.Now u have to wait 10 seconds just do destroy a container with prop protection 1.
Pretty much useless
