Server Name:SSRP 1 AND 2

Suggestion Title: Hit pass

How would it benefit the server:The idea of it is that when a hit is placed on you, you can do a hit pass which takes the hit off you and on to the person who placed it you have to pay double the hit thought. This would help miners alot more as they can take the hit off them rather then losing there picks.

Potential Issues/Exploits:Nope
