Suggestion Title: Talk to

How would it benefit the server: Well, I know that some people might have some problems with donating and such, So I believe if this was added players will be able to ask staff/owners if something has happened. I know that you can just contact a owner via steam or forums, But Zarp needs to be unique again so that's why I've suggested this.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Codding?

This has been denied multiple times dude. I know that some people might have some problems with donating and such, So I believe if this was added players will be able to ask staff/owners if something has happened.
