Suggestion Title:
Friendly Fire Damage Reduce 25%-50%

How would it benefit the server:
First of all this should be a GANG Upgrade.To give more details this should be 2 gang upgrades 1 that should give a 25% damage reduction to all gang members and the other that should give 50%.This will add more gang upgrades and would make gangs fight harder to get this upgrades so they have everything.This upgrade will benefit the gangs in a way to reduce backstabbers in your gang and help when basing and accidentaly shooting a member.I believe this upgrade would be a really important one that every top gang would add to gain more trust to their members!

Instead of making it like that on the whole gang... Seems quite OP to me. Then i would make more sense to make small "squads" consisting of like 3-5 people where the thing worked... Again , this could all be un-needed if there is good communication between gang members during raids and such. Regarding backstabbing , I don't see how a damage nerf would help stop it.
