Suggestion Title: Reintroducing job abuse in some form

How would it benefit the server: Currently people can avoid breaking certain rules by job abusing. They can carjack, just put a hit on someone, change job, and kill then, then switch to thief and steal their car.

It also works with weapons. Switch jobs to GD / HWD, get some guns, put some in your shop or sell some, switch back.

Or even gangster. Go cop, start raiding a base, switch to gangster and backstab the cops.

All of these issues have arisen from such a vital rule being removed. The reasons why it was removed past the fact it was poorly worded are unknown to me, and the fix they have tried to implement only solves half the issues, and it can be avoided entirely by sitting in a car when changing jobs.

The wording could be something like:

You may not switch jobs to gain an immediate RP advantage

Or any iteration of that. Whatever it is, we need it back. It completely ruins the structure of the jobs system.

@ Max (too lazy to press quote) If you are a hitman and someone sets a hit you can still change jobs and lockpick it "I.e Carjacking" but this would be loopholing which is breaking a rule.
