Suggestion Title:
Add an option in F2 to automatically turn off the betting menu at the start of a round.

How would it benefit the server:
Handy y'know, for chat purposes.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Nope.

Suggestion Title:
Don't have the betting menu opened at the start of a round when less than 5 players on the server.

How would it benefit the server:
I don't see it necessary to have the betting menu opened if you need 5 or more players online and there's less than the amount required to bet.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Nope.

Additional notes:
Just tiny, tiny changes.
