Help out new people more who read the rules and make it more clear

Miner/Crafter Job
Raid/Mug: No.
Print: Yes.
- Can own any gun.
- NLR still applies
- Should only base with other people from the middle class group.
- You can build a base in the mining area, but it must abide by all Mining Area and Base rules. (Rules 4.0 and 8.0)

I don't see how this is a hard rule to understand. If a user doesn't understand it it's your duty as a staff member to explain it to them.

As a note to Spoder I don't really see the reason for the rule being there in the first place. As long as the miners are mining I don't see why they couldn't print with non-middle class jobs whilst doing so.

The problem is not that people don't get the rule it's about the potential to loophole in my opinion.
Someone could just base with criminals because it say SHOULD and then when an admin says they can't do that they just act surprised or play dumb.
If it would be changed people can't just play dumb anymore because it clearly says HAS instead of SHOULD.
@Tyler I agree that it's a dumb that you can't just print but not be in the base or defend it in any way I support it getting removed entirely!
