Item/s lost:diamond pickaxe

Proof *VIDEO/PICTURES*:i dont any proof but thats for a reason my computer is near my tv (my room) so i was watching tv and afk mining i took a look at the computer to check if everything ok and i saw lost connection (server side) 10 secs left i was trying to holster my pickaxe and it didnt work i forgot to take a screenshot bcuz the stress and i was trying to holster it

Story:i went to mine and i was afk mining (i went to watch tv then i took a look at my pc and saw losing coonection(server side) i was trying to holster my pickaxe as fast as posibble but it didnt work i forgot to take a screenshot and here i am now asking for refund since it was server issue (sorry for not bringing screenshots i hope a honest story is enough)

Don't know much about SSRP but this probably wont be accepted without valid proof.

Well since you said your self that you lost connection to the server. I cant really refund you. We only refund if its the servers fault that you loose the item.... Also, since you don't have any proof i can't do anything... I am sorry


Maybe someone will refund you out of their own pocket in-game
