Suggestion Title: Auto warn NLR


How would it benefit the server: Ok. So many people and mostly new people breaking NLR many times so my suggestion is if we could have a auto system when they go to the same district they died they get Auto warn for NLR. Of course they can have 10 seconds warning wich can saying: Leave the district in 10 seconds or you will get auto warned or something similar. I dont have anything else to add if you have anything else comment bellow and ill add it

They are working on something that will show the NLR for the staff team whether it be like this or in logs, i dont know

Yeah, I feel that there are issues with a system like this, firstly staff would get warned if they were on duty, secondly if some one died at the end of a district they could get warned. Overall I feel this would be a bad addition and not really needed on the server.

It'll take a lot of coding to make this work. A LOT of coding. Talk about defining the districts around the map, their borders, tunnels and the undefined areas such as the vents access to the vault. Also in server 2, the districts are very hard to define, so the program that runs this 'auto warn' will mistaken the player breaking NLR when he hasn't.

Also, the development into this program will take a very long time to even get it started, considering the amount of effort needed to do so. Even though the positives are almost equal, the negatives do outweigh. Besides, 1 line of coding could possibly ruin the whole thing and will need to restart.

This system would be beyond bad for many reasons for examples .
1] staff on duty would have to walk around the district
2] II you made a f2 and staff would teleport in the district you died in for you'r f2 you will get warned.
3] If you'r joining the server and you die at spawn you can't leave and you would get warned
4] Could easily frame somebody [ make a person with nlr go in a car and quickly drive him in the district he died in
5] Worst scenario it glitches and people keep getting warned meaning mass banning i think its 3 warns and auto kick 4 warns ban
6]This would mess with the events some admins do.
7] Would propobaly take tons of coding.
8] The system might lag the server tracking 90 people at the same time when the server is full
9] Would have to fix nle system for cops when bank is being raided.
10] Most people who just join have no idea what they are doing meaning they might accidently walk in the district and get warned without a proper explanation they will keep breaking nlr [Ive seen this happen before]
11] This is a mingy idea because it scares me.

No this cannot work, it could cause too many bugs, what if when you die and dont respawn right away it warns you for NLR because your body is technically in the district, this can give out false warnings on accident and ruin chances at staff ETC. They would have to define the districts betweent he tunnels with lines or something and on Server 2 not everyone knows the exact line to cross where you are breaking NLR just stay out of the area. Also cops can break NLR during bank raids or PD raids they would have to have some sort of code that disables it for cops in that district during the bank being raided but what if they go in the bank and kill the raiders and the NLR timers is still on their screen and it goes back to normal due to the bank raid being ended and warning them. This could ruin a lot of peoples fun due to false warnings etc and would take to much time to make for it to turn out bad and ruin the players warning lists. Also if a staff tps a player to a roof in the district they died in they get warned for NLR and the staff has to remove it and causes trouble within the meeting due to a warning being here that isnt false, also some staff that are abusive can tp a player to a district and get them warned and the player has no proof what so ever and it's just a false warning on the list because of an abusive staff. There are too many risks for this and its just not worthwhile.

I also thought of this but it wouldn't really work because the servers that have this work in areas not districts and like people have said staff will get warned when they are on duty it could also effect f1s and a lot of other areas of administrating. it can be a easy way to crash the server , just get a bunch of buddies and nlr at the same time when the server is full. So in conclusion i personally do not think its a great idea but its not up to me to decide.

It's a nice Idea but would people actually listen to it? They might not even know what NLR is... They'd need to have full information no to do it again. Otherwise they'd might just get banned for not knowing anything about they're doing worng.

I Don't think Staff need this and it will affect Staff on duties and give them warns and it will confuse and affect stuff in sits as everyone said i don't think this should be added.

Maybe, it can be lowered to a spherical area and when someone enters the area it can send a warning in Admin Chat including their current rp-job and their pos (xyz).

However, auto-warn will cause many problems.

If someone got killed at spawn they will get an autowarn. We can fix it with good coding.
But it should call a Staff there instead of auto warn.

Could be like a red area which you died in. So it indicates where you can't go. However auto warn would confuse players and in alot of cases when someone mass rdm in spawn you can't go anywhere.
