Suggestion Title: Booster packs

How would it benefit the server: i wanna buy some booster packs but i aint got money in my card so ima trade for ingame money and staff to trade for booster packs that will be gifted as vip

Potential Issues/Exploits: To buy a booster pack in a safer way instead of giving your account to a guy who can change the pass or email or gonna do something
