How would it benefit the server:

2.11 Self Defence - You can only defend yourself against cops who are actively trying to arrest or attack you whilst you're wanted.

As you all are aware, that if you're wanted you can't shoot a cop unless the player is actively trying to arrest you, But now a days some people have the Scope Boost, So it's a 1 shot kill basicly. So, I was wondering maybe add something in to the 2.11 rule, Due to the fact that if you're wanted and the cop see's that you're wanted, Your most likely just to get shot.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Random Deathmatch?, I'm completely unsure about this if they're any issues/exploits.

To kill a cop you they have to actively trying to arrest you, right? So it goes the other way too, for a cop to KoS someone the wanted has to start shooting at him first. A cop is actively trying to arrest you when : he is running after you while you are wanted if he keeps Following you or pulls out his baton or his taser it Is safe to say that he is trying to arrest you. I hope i clarified the rule for you . As para said the rule is fine as it is, and it does go under the common sense rule because if you are wanted you are not going to snipe every cop you see even if they are across the map as that would be clearly not the right thing to do and it's obvious that there is a chance they aren't looking for you. I don't think it is needed but para did explain it and also staff are always telling people this is how it is.
