Suggestion Title:Fixing f6 menu for removed warnings

How would it benefit the server:This would benefit the server by stoping the missunderstanding in the meetings

Potential Issues/Exploits:Nothing from what i know

Additional notes:I want you guys to let admins and highers be able to remove warnings from f6 menu so missunderstanding in the meetings will end.
