Suggestion Title:
No collided props in RP-Houses:

How would it benefit the server:
As an RP-House builder, I feel the need to express many of my designs in very cool functions, as I use the tools provided in Gmod to the best of my ability. With the no collide feature, RP Houses can have cool entrances and exits, along with things like invisible mazes, and other cool ideas I think others could come up with.

Current Rule: Props must not be nocollided. ( Not including Keypads or Buttons )
New Rule Idea: Props must not be nocollided ( Not including Keypads or Buttons ), unless they are used in an RP house that follows rule 4.24 (RP House Sign).

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Users being confused about definition of an RP house and not an RP house, doesn't seem to happen often these days, so shouldn't be an issue.

Additional notes:
I had a dream that Morgan permabanned me once, if that's relevant.

They are under "base rules." As an RP house cannot contain raidable entities, it is not a base.
