How would it benefit the server:
You can build things like bank vaults and bases without being raided or minges around


Potential Issues/Exploits:

Additional notes:
Would be good for making bases as in sp you cant spawn in the containters which i need for a bank vault

I don't think this is ever gonna happen.

We really don't need a "Build" server, When we already have 2 SSRP Servers. You can just build there and then hope for the best you don't get raided, Now regarding the bank dupe. Get alot of people, Go down to the vault and then build while they watch your back, Remember if you place Building sings down on the bank. You can still be raided regardless as it's in the Bank vault.

I don't thinks it a that good idea as it's just too much work and not a lot of need for it.
just use download the map and build your bases in single player and you're done...

You could install a dedicated server on your PC and install any addon you want. There are plenty of tutorials for it online if you need help.
