Suggestion Title: Nerfing thundergun
How would it benefit the server: Play more fair
Potential Issues/Exploits: None as it would make the game equal to everyone.

So i know there have been made alot of posts about the thundergun, it's cheap as hell and you rarley lose one if you are careful. The gun itself fits the roleplay decently however the fact that you can spray thundergun shots just makes it close to impossible to counter especially if you're on drugs running around like a maniac.
As a defender you're risking alot on the table such as printers. The raiders rarley lose anything and they only risk losing the actual gun itself if they're inexperienced with it.
To create a solution to this factor i've thought about many things however these options are the more rewarding:

Increase the cost - As you maybe know, 5m is really easy to obtain these days and the blueprint itself is available for about 1m~. I believe the more efficient and simple way to nerf it is to make it cost 10-20m to craft. Users would have to be more careful with the gun and if they lose it to often they would end up getting broke.
- Recharge timer - For every shot you would shot would make you vulnerable as it would take approximately 6 seconds before you could shot another shot. This would put more strategy where you decide to fire your weapon. When it's on cooldown it would say in chat if you're trying to fire again that it's on cooldown for X ammount of seconds. It would also be more realistic beacuse a weapon with that much firepower needs to be recharged in that shape it it currently holding. Example:
Thundergun is on cooldown for additional (1 + X Seconds)
- Screenflipping removed - The most annoying feeling is when you get shot by thundergun but the owner of it can't aim with it and misses you however since you're nearby it. It flips your screen 180 degrees and since they can shot another shot 0.5 seconds later you have no chance of turning and killing them before you're dead. I believe the recharge timer would make up for this as you would get time to react to what happened and not just get shredded.
- Moving slower - As you're carrying on a big and heavy thundergun you should not be able to run as fast as Sonic. I believe you should run 70% of your current speed and the speed drug should not be available to consume within the time you have the gun in your hand. This might be a bit advanced but it's another thing that makes up for realism and gameplay at the same time.
I've spoken to serval people about these changes and i think it's a great addition to the servers. When it comes to weapons such as gluon gun i'm completley fine with that since not too many people can afford it. About every special weapon has it's own weakness but thundergun doesn't. And that's what makes it constantly used.
Would be great to see feedback about these suggestions and maybe make the game more fair for everyone. So please, all suggestions are appreciated whether it's about more ideas etc.
