Guide Section

How would it benefit the forums:
It will add the option to gather all the guides in one place.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
none.

Additional notes:
Many guides don't get pinned even though they are really useful, adding a section for guides could improve the use of them.

Would be very useful, as it can be sometimes hard to find old guides that may be needed.

We had one before, it was removed so i'm sure they discussed it. I talked to EMP about it and we agree now that it's not really needed.
