Server Name: DarkRP

Suggestion Title: Bank Raid End

How would it benefit the server: Allowed Police/Swat/ SAS Know that the bank is no longer being raided so they dont go to the Bank Vault and find it empty. Also Avoid thenm from breaking NLR because the police do not have NLR when the bank is being raided but when it finished they dont know and they go to the bank when there is no raid going on.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None
