TOPIC: Refund request /Refund not working again.

Time / Date of when it happened: The first crash that happened today 2:50 am on the 17th for me.
Item/s lost: 9 black diamond printers 6 triple boosted and 3 double boosted.

I have screenshots of every printer that was mine if you would like them go here steamcommunity.com/id/bradley5537/screenshots or ask me to link each one. Its also in the data base chute knows the exact amount of printers and boosters i had as he refunded them last night 5 hours before the crash I was printing 5 hours and it crashed and got no refund.

look at the time difference between them as it shows it was down more than 30 seconds which means it cannot come back up afterwards.

The /restore has been broken for a while now and it still hasnt been fixed as you can see here.
