Suggestion Title: fix edf suit pls

How would it benefit the server: The edf suit currently only gives one instance of hp and armour. This is nonsensical as you continue to wear the suit after you die, and you can't take it off. I don't know how you could fix this, you could set it so it automatically uneqiped when you die, meaning you can requip it again to regain the hp. It was a good item, but now it's not, and it should be fixed.

Potential Issues/Exploits: "omg it would be 2 hard to defend" - Make morphine then

Additional notes: can i be cm now
