Story: The server crashed and made me rip my printers

So basically the server crashed once again, it's the third time I can't refund my printers either.
I got some proof of that I bought the printers and the server crash(also upgraded my nuclear) There was approx 600k in it(Not suspecting that back tho, since ai don't got proof of that)

This happened just now.

I lost 5 printer boosted printers before, I got proof of that as well, but will I get refunded?

I lost over 6m the last days due to server crashes and not being able to refund.
Not even talking about all the money left in my printers, has to be around 10m total loss.
